A Property Irregularity Report must be obtained from the arrival airport on the day of the flight.

– Damaged Baggage

Please contact our baggage service company at the below address or your insurer. A claim can only be made through Flyjet or your insurer. You cannot claim from both parties.

– Lost Baggage

When making your PIR report the handling agent will provide you with a contact number at the airport. They will search for the bag on your behalf but you may contact them on that number if you wish. They will give you relevant instructions.

Baggage is not declared formally lost till 21 days after it was reported missing.

– Delayed Baggage

A payment for essential items will be made on presentation of receipts when you return. The maximum amount per day is GBP £25.00 per person / bag for a maximum of 3 days. A claim can only be made through Flyjet or your insurer. You cannot claim from both parties.

All of the above must be supported with a PIR – Property Irregularity Report. No claim will be accepted if this item is not obtained and presented.
